Le programme d`avions commerciaux A220 recherche un agent méthode pour rejoindre notre équipe de support aux opérations basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).


Vous ferez partie de l’équipe PRÉFAL chargée de produire des composantes d`avion qui sont livrés aux deux FAL du programme A220, soit à Mirabel et Mobile.
L'organisation de l`équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome,
en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant qu`agent méthode, sera de supporter les cellules de travail autonome / EAP, et voir à ce que les
enjeux techniques soient résolus de manières efficaces et rapides afin de minimiser les impacts aux opérations.

Dans votre rôle, vous serez appelé à :

Participer, maintenir et améliorer la stratégie ainsi que le plan manufacturier de la Pre-FAL du A220;

Gérer les projets complexes menant à l’amélioration du produit et/ou à la réduction des cycles d’assemblage ainsi que les projets de montée en cadence;

Effectuer la coordination des activités durant les différentes phases des projets assignés;

Aligner le travail des ressources impliquées et être l’interface entre les différents intervenants;

Gérer les attentes du client et les demandes de changements à l’intérieur des projets;

Préparer et présenter les statuts d’avancement au comité de gestion;

Définir la stratégie de réalisation de ses projets : contenu, portée, ressources, délai, coûts, risques, gestion de la qualité, communications et formation;

Gérer les budgets et dépenses liés aux projets assignés;

Participer au travail d’équipes multifonctionnelles à l'établissement et au maintien de la meilleure stratégie d'assemblage;

Évaluer, participer et supporter les initiatives liées à l'amélioration continue dans le domaine des procédés d'assemblage d’un aéronef.

En tant que candidat idéal,

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’études collégiales ou d'un baccalauréat en génie industriel, ou génie mécanique ou aérospatial ou avez une expérience équivalente;

Vous avez plus de 10 années d'expérience dans un milieu manufacturier dans l'implantation de projets manufacturier;

Vous possédez les connaissances techniques permettant de bien comprendre le contenu de vos projets;

Vous démontrez des aptitudes en gestion de projets;

Votre leadership sera déterminant dans la réalisation de vos objectifs;

Vous êtes un excellent communicateur à l’oral et à l’écrit en français et fonctionnel en anglais;

Vous êtes un joueur d’équipe et avez de la facilité à interagir avec les gens;

Vous avez de l’initiative, êtes dynamique, ponctuel et professionnel;

Vous avez une facilité à gérer les priorités et à surmonter les contretemps;

Vous êtes reconnu comme ayant un haut niveau d'initiative, d'autonomie, d'innovation en plus d'un bon sens pratique;

Vous avez de l’intérêt pour l’amélioration continue, le Lean Manufacturing et l’amélioration des processus;

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Methods Agent to join our operations support team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.

You will be part of the PRE-FAL team , responsible for producing aircraft components delivered to the two FALs of the A220 program, one in Mirabel and the other in Mobile. The team’s structure is designed to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, providing mutual support and learning collectively.

Your role as a Methods Agent will be to support the autonomous work cells / EAPs and ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and swiftly to minimize impacts on operations.

In your role, you will be called upon to:

Participate in, maintain, and improve the manufacturing strategy and plan for the A220 Pre-FAL.

Manage complex projects leading to product improvement and/or reduction of assembly cycles as well as ramp-up projects.

Coordinate activities during the different phases of assigned projects.

Align the work of involved resources and be the interface between various stakeholders.

Manage client expectations and change requests within projects.

Prepare and present project status reports to the management committee.

Define the strategy for executing your projects: content, scope, resources, timelines, costs, risks, quality management, communications, and training.

Manage budgets and expenses related to assigned projects.

Participate in cross-functional teams to establish and maintain the best assembly strategy.

Evaluate, participate in, and support continuous improvement initiatives related to aircraft assembly processes.

As the ideal candidate, you:

Hold a college degree or a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or have equivalent experience.

Have more than 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment implementing manufacturing projects.

Possess the technical knowledge to understand the content of your projects.

Demonstrate skills in project management.

Your leadership will be key to achieving your objectives.

Are an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, in French, and functional in English.

Are a team player with ease in interacting with others.

Are proactive, dynamic, punctual, and professional.

Have the ability to manage priorities and overcome setbacks.
