We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Scrum Master / Business Analyst.
In this role, you will:
Management of Scrum team
• Coordinating Scrum activities (sprint planning, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, stand-ups),
• That all appropriate sprint ceremonies occur – daily stand up, sprint retrospective, sprint review, sprint demo, scrum of scrum, scrum of scrum of scrums
• Reporting on a sprint by sprint basis to leadership teams
• Coordinate Jira reporting with Development and DevOps leads for epics/stories/tasks
• Managing project team’s tasks, tracking them against the plan working closely with the management team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Relevant Experience: 12+ years
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and should be able to easily engage with colleagues both within and outside the immediate Project team.
• Experience working on Agile projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good JIRA/Confluence skills, preferably designer level.
• Good analytical skills.
