You will join this team within CIO Finance that has developed an IT system which allows the finance users to gain deep insights into the firm's business and helps them perform their control functions through reporting and analytics. The team consists of highly skilled engineers with expertise in Data Modelling/Data & Business Analysis/Product Management and general reporting and analytics skills. The team works in close coordination with the business in an extremely agile fashion to deliver business value on demand

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Scope the system: Work closely together with the Product Manager and other SAFe members, to ensure right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level
• Create, groom and maintain the project feature and story backlog in addition to any changes to those requirements. Participates in joint design sessions to groom and document features and stories.
• Exposure to Tools that are used for Capturing Requirements in Agile S4J Jira@Scale etc.
• Functional Design: Own and manage requirement related aspects of the change delivery life cycle from inception, solution design through to implementation and post implementation support
• Identify, quantify, plan and control all business design and analysis related activity on change projects
• End-to-end requirements management and traceability, both functional and non-functional. Requirements elicitation and documentation, using User Stories while Working closely with various stakeholders
• Translate business needs: Create models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
• Work as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate features for new functionality. Serves as the SME for business and functional domain knowledge; working closely with the Product Manager
• Perform Impact analysis, both business and technical, working closely with architects and solution designers
• Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): you will validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo. You will also be key actor in writing & conducting UAT test cases
• Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect program's overall health
• Excellent senior stakeholder management experience while working on multiple priorities of different maturities at the same time
• Technical knowledge will be a benefit to assist with data analysis Has ability to investigate, analyse, visualize, articulate and solve
Competencies
• University degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in information technology or Business Management.
• Expertise in conceptual modelling; ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions
• Relevant and demonstrable experience in designing and documenting requirements in agile teams
• Clear ability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to a wide array of business related topics.
• Big Data Analysis skills, Python or Scala is beneficial
• Knowledge of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, ...) and tools (Jira, S4J or Confluence)
• Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance
• Hands on knowledge database and PL SQL. Exposure to Python will be a plus
• Advanced analytical and problem solving experience with ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organisation
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications with advanced excel knowledge with ability to analyse huge data sets
• Flexibility for moving between different requirements on a timely manner
• Excellent understanding of Investment Banking domain and variety of financial products
• Excellent technical understanding. Exposure to Hadoop/Big Data will be a big plus
