Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and content strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital presence and ensure continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to identify opportunities.
- Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and content to enhance search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Manage technical SEO, including site audits, crawlability, and indexation improvements.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Develop and manage SEO reporting and performance tracking.
- Ensure website compliance with SEO best practices, including mobile optimization and Core Web Vitals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an IT services company.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO, site audits, and structured data.
- Ability to develop and execute link-building strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
