Job Responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to influence multiple teams across a product group/domain in a complex environment
Coach the benefits of working in an agile manner to all employees and all levels of Sr. Leadership within the span of influence
Actively mentor and coach Scrum Masters within the Product Group to foster collaboration across the teams
Drive continuous improvement across the Product Group
Assist in implementing Transformation vision & strategy
Engage with the Development teams, Scrum Masters, Product Team and Product Owners to coach agile practices and the events/techniques required for continuous improvement by the teams in an Agile product development organization
Identify continuous improvement activities/opportunities to reduce waste, drive efficiencies and improve the overall effectiveness of agile within the Product Group
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of Business and/or Technology leadership and practical delivery experience
5+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Agility Lead in an Agile development desired
Experience with coaching large groups (40+ members)
Experience facilitating large groups on aspects of organizational design and removal of impediments
Experience partnering with Sr. Leadership/stakeholders across Enterprise/LOB
Possess the business acumen required to ensure that goals, scope, and product domain knowledge is shared and understood by everyone on the team as well as possible
Demonstrated ability to acts as Scrum Master and influence policy for up to 3 teams and facilitate appropriate scrum events
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Train & Coach the application of Scrum/Agile principles & practices in Product Group(s)
In-depth proficiency in facilitation, coaching and mentoring teams in a variety of settings
Understanding of applying Scrum/Agile principles & practices in Product development and delivery organization
Solid and proven understanding of scaling framework
