The role
Hy-Tec currently has an opportunity for a Heavy Rigid (HR) licenced Driver to join our fleet of Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers. Based out of our site at Burleigh Heads, you will load and deliver pre-mixed concrete to our customer sites.

In this position you will meet a diverse group of customers, and no two days will be the same. As an Agitator Driver you will ensure that customer orders are delivered safely, effectively, and efficiently. If you already have a HR licence, then we can offer training in all facets of being an Agitator Driver and pre-mixed concrete delivery.

This role is available on a permanent full-time basis working on our day shift Monday to Friday along with Saturday shifts as and when required.
Responsibilities
Deliver concrete to clients' sites
Manage concrete slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete
Complete basic documentation
Develop positive customer relationships
Maintain the truck in a clean and tidy condition
Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass management requirements
What you will need to succeed
Essential - hold a current HR drivers licence and be able to provide a driver’s licence history check
Highly regarded – experience driving a Concrete Agitator Truck
Current white card
Have a positive work ethic and sense of integrity to allow you to work self-directed
Be a reliable team player with a focus on excellent customer service
