Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AGM – Accounts & Finance to lead and manage the organization’s financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive financial planning and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in finance, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex financial structures in a growing organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
• Oversee accounting operations, including AR/AP, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights
Compliance & Audit:
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation (GST, TDS, etc.), and company policies
• Manage internal and external audits
Cash Flow & Fund Management:
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
• Optimize fund utilization and financial planning
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of financial processes
Process Improvement
• Strengthen internal controls and financial systems
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / Equivalent qualification
• 8–12+ years of experience in accounts & finance leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting tools
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or diagnostics industry
