TENDERING ESTIMATION
Functional area: Tendering and Estimation
Exp: 15 25 yrs
Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
Responsible for finalizing the cost for the Bid in co-ordination with the higher management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for acquiring the required Tender documents through online or hard copy for the
purpose of Bidding the project.
Review the Terms and Conditions of the project, document it and share the same with the higher
management.
Co-ordinate with the different departments from Head Office and Regional office in the process of
working for the Bid.
Preparation and Review of Pre-bid Queries to be raised to the client to get clarification and following
up with the client for the same.
Review the overall cost of the project considering all aspects and review the same with higher
management.
Review of submittals data during the time of Pre-qualification and the final submission of the
project.
Final Submission of the Bid for the project in the form of Online or Hard copy to the client.
Attending the meeting with client for Project clarification, Bid negotiation and Bid finalization.
Interface between the client and the company and thus to ensure good customer relationship.
