We are searching for an experienced MarTech lead to streamline our marketing efforts and make them more effective by helping create content, while leveraging our technology to help drive digital, social media, web presence.
Identifying and implementing the best technology solutions into different areas of our business, such as customer relationship management, email marketing, and social media marketing.
As a MarTech specialist, you will be responsible for identifying the right avenues for our messaging by leveraging technology solutions, implementing them into the company's existing technology stack, and ensuring all marketing strategies align with our company's objectives.
Your other responsibilities include migrating key processes and databases from old systems to new ones and training other team members on how to use the new technology solutions.
To succeed in this position, you need to have strong problem-solving skills. You must be able to interpret metrics such as conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and click-through rates to gain insights for future improvement. In the long run, we expect you to increase our overall revenue by using emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning and Big Data, in accordance with our marketing goals.
To qualify for this position, you need to have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant marketing fields. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Responsibilities:
· Leverage our current tech stack and Identify the best technology solutions to facilitate the company's marketing strategy
· Evaluate the best marketing automation tools
· Manage the level of adoption and leads coming from this marketing channel
· Collect, monitor, and analyze data using KPIs, such as click-through rate, conversion rate, or cost-per-lead
· Suggest ways to increase customer acquisition, demand generation, and revenue
· Train our marketing team on using new technology solutions, such as project management software, digital advertising platforms, and database management and analytics
Requirements
· Experience working as a Marketing Technologist or in a similar role
· Working knowledge of marketing technology software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, and Adobe Analytics
· Expertise in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript
· Ability to translate data into easy-to-understand reports
· Attention to detail
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
· Certification from the Marketing Technology Association is a plus
