Description

(A) Analysis of customer enquiry:

1. Study the Drawings & CAD data.

2. Ensure the compliance of requirement in details.

(B) Feasibility Check:

1. Study the parts with the standards demanded in drawings.

2. Study the parts with technical know-how.

3. Study the feasibility with analysis, discussions & previous history.

(C) Process Determination:

1. Study the part with technical knowledge.

2. Determines the processes involved to manufacture the products.

3. Determines the time frame/time plans involved for the development.

(D) Development of Part:

1. Determination of vendors by analysing their technical knowhow (Capacity/Capability) for the parts & Assys.

2. Floating for RFQs with relevant requirements.

3. To make recommendations on basis of cost & technical ability.

4. Follow up & verification of stages involved during the development period.

(E) ECN Implementation:

1. During development, if some engineering. Changes come, again feasibility check to implement in existing processes.

2. Study the techno commercial impact of the changes.

3. Implementation of changes after discussions with vendors.

Qualification: B.Tech

Experience : 15+ Yrs, Experience in cylinder and automotive industry.

Good knowledge of product design and process of CNG Cylinder
