One of our client a leading wealth mgt and Financial advisory firm based out of mumbai which has been rendering customized FX, Treasury and Wealth Management solutions across India and Asia.It has a team of expert professionals with vast experience in FX Treasury Management. they have served over 900 clients from forty distinct industries. We have worked with multinational corporations, public limited companies, small and medium-sized enterprises entrepreneurial start-ups. We understand the demands and challenges that are unique to each one of them. Throughout these exchanges,It has accumulated a wealth of tacit domain knowledge.

The client is a leading Treasury and Risk Management Advisory firm with over 20 years of expertise in foreign exchange, commodities, and structured treasury solutions for corporates and institutions.

As part of a diversified financial services group, it is also has a sister concern, a Multi-Family Office and Advisory firm that provides tailored investment and non-investment solutions to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, single-family businesses, and corporates.

We are looking out for Sr Manager- Events and Media relations for our client office in Mumbai at BKC- Mumbai

Role Overview:

Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial services, broking, wealth management, or TV media/PR with a strong events and networking focus in the field of financial services. Connections in this field are a must.

Office Timings: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) Only 2nd 4th Saturdays are working (9 to 5 pm)

Role Overview:
• We are seeking a Senior Manager/AVP- Events and Media relations with minimum 10+years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial services, and financial media/PR. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening our industry presence,building high-level relationships with financial editors and TV anchors, and curating exclusive corporate access events, podcasts, and media engagements.
• The role also requires actively representing client at leading financial events, conferences, and media forums. Relevant experience in financial services and media is a mandatory requirement for this role. The focus will be to generate branding and business for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange speaking slots for Senior Leadership at various forums and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial journalists, TV anchors, editors, and event organizers.
• Conceptualize and execute breakfast meets , corporate access events, investor roundtables, and exclusive client interactions.
• Actively attend and represent at leading financial events, conferences, and media forums
• Arrange media visibility including TV interviews, podcasts, thought-leadership articles, and guest appearances for senior leadership
• Drive content initiatives including articles, whitepapers, and press releases for the client
• Organize CXO-level conferences, industry panels, and investor sessions in alignment with the firms strategic objectives
• Leverage personal networks to bring high-profile speakers, investors, and market leaders to client platforms and arrange podcasts and webinars
• Support branding and positioning as a thought leader in the wealth management and family office space.
• Managing a team of 1-2 people to ensure delivery across the above activities.

Qualifications Experience:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial services, broking, wealth management, or TV media/PR with a strong events and networking focus in the field of financial services.
• Connections in this field are a must.
• Proven track record in arranging and executing high-profile financial events
• Strong existing relationships with financial TV anchors, journalists, and editors
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage HNIs, industry leaders, and market influencers
• Experience in podcast guest curation, financial media articles, and panel/event moderation
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) in English
• Ability to work independently and strategically while managing multiple stakeholders
