Job Purpose
• Ensure the IT System Availability and Performance is as desired to provide the high availability for all business Critical Services running over this underlying IT Infrastructure Service.
• Understanding Business delivery for Infra Requirement
• Good Knowledge in Security compliance in Infrastructure and drive the compliance end to end in following Infra component
• Compliance check and Audit in Server
• Compliance check and Audit in Storage
• Compliance check and Audit in Middleware
• Compliance check and Audit in Data Base
• Compliance check and Audit in Network Management
• Candidate should have experience in presenting internal/External Audit and should have ability to collate required/prepared input.
• V! Security introduce additional component like MaaS 360, NPB(network packet broker), Firewalls(50) at VAS locations(50 and now Security team in process of handover to Infra team and same will be managed and maintained by proposed man resource.
• Candidate should have ability to track End of life, End of support IT system, and coordinate with partner to maintain/replace the system before EOL/EOS.
• Candidate should have ability to run Automation and implement across IT Infra layer wherever manual efforts are there and optimized the L1 count.
• Vendor Management and ability to provide faster delivery
• SLA management of all IT Operation delivery
