Supply Chain Management – Sales SCM Business development Contract Logistics,W&D, 3PL services
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for defining and executing growth strategies for existing and New Business opportunities.(Contract logistics / 3PL Sales / W&D / Transportation)
Accountable for the entire Supply Chain financial P&L, ensure 100% Achievement of projected sales Targets.
To lead the revenue growth of the firm by achieving new logistics business around different verticals.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities PAN India & Asia Pacific level.
Maintain all accounts and new business approaches & close working relationships with the Logistics Operations team.
Result driven professional, with Sales Targets and experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development to create a new customer base.
Planning and overseeing dynamically new marketing initiatives in Contract logistics, W&D and Transportation Sales for Pan India.
Demonstrated abilities in expanding the market, brand building, generating new business and targeting potential customers.
Support and involve aggressively to achieve the company goals/targets by involving in multiple tasks & creating a significant customer base.
Key Skills:
Functional knowledge in Sales , forecasting, Warehouse Network expansion, Transport Operations, effective monitoring of Supply chain
functions
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly obtain the necessary credibility with Teams
Decision Making & problem Solving, Taking initiatives, strong leadership and strategic capability.
Able to communicate fluently in English (Hindi is advantage).Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook and Power point.
Candidates
should reside in proximity to GIN office location or willing to travel, preferably willing to re-locate.
Good work experience in Contract Logistics, W&D Sales / Business development. Preferably Graduate / PG / MBA
An effective communicator with good presentation skills and abilities in forging business partnerships/costing/market analysis.
An innate flair for accepting challenges with entrepreneurship abilities in managing & leading Sales functions and achieve targets.
Capable of end to end process managing and RFQ co-ordination. Skilled to meet the time lines and submitting best proposals.
Skilled in Fluent communication, New Client Acquisition, Vendor Management, Billing collections and good team player.
