Drive various revenue KRAs like Postpaid Sales , Plan Upgrade , Premium Number Sale etc at Large Format Stores and Franchisee stores to ensure profitable operations Expansion of franchisee partners Manage a large team of Full time employess and associates to drive the sales and service agenda Contribute to the business performance by acquiring high quality postpaid customers.
Lift up the base revenue through upselling higher value plans and mobility plus products. Ensure Channel and Store Profitability by driving scale, optimizing opex, and leveraging new lines of businesses. Drive a high engagement agenda and a performance culture along with investment in learning & development. Promote HSW and Diversity.
