Role Objective :
- Part of Finance Team
- Capital Raise Exercises, Investor Engagement
- Interacting with various transaction teams as part of the capital raise process
Education/Skill Set:
Experience:
i. Investment Banking - Infrastructure and preferably in capital markets. Experience in InvIT/REIT related activities would be an added positive.
ii. Fund Management/Debt Syndication (in infrastructure sector)
Educational Qualification: MBA (preferably from Tier 1 or the like Institutes).
Preferred Additional Qualification: CA
Overall Number of Years of Experience: ~ 7-8 Years
