Job Title: AGM/DGM Interiors and Architecture Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect/ Interior Designer with experience in high-rise residential projects to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of aesthetics, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver exceptional interior spaces that align with our vision and exceed client expectations. The Architect/ Interior Designer will play a vital role in coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to internal processes, managing project budgets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Internal Process Perspective: Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and layouts tailored to high-rise residential projects while ensuring alignment with the overall architectural vision. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of interior designs into construction plans. Maintain detailed records of design iterations, approvals, and modifications throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of designs and ensure adherence to quality standards and approved layouts. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and organizational policies in all interior design aspects. 2. Financial Perspective: Prepare and manage budgets for interior design components, ensuring alignment with overall project cost structures. Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure cost-effective yet high-quality materials and furnishings. Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or design intent. Monitor expenses against budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders. 3. Customer Perspective: Understand client requirements and translate their preferences into functional, aesthetic, and luxurious interior designs. Prepare detailed presentations, 3D visuals, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts to clients. Address and resolve client feedback during the design and execution phases to ensure satisfaction and trust. Ensure all interiors align with the brand image and lifestyle expectations of the
target clientele. 4. People Perspective: Lead and mentor junior interior designers, fostering skill development and creativity within the team. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and procurement, to ensure project success. Build and maintain relationships with external consultants, vendors, and contractors to enhance collaboration and streamline workflows. Participate in workshops, training sessions, and design forums to keep the team updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design. Key Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on high-rise residential projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Revit. Strong understanding of luxury design trends, materials, and finishes relevant to residential projects. Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. Desired Competencies: Attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic work environment. Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate effectively. Team-oriented with strong leadership skills to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.,
