Main functions of job:
Proactively engage with customer & practise leaders to deliver defect free outcomes to the end customers. Support the next level leadership in developing and deploying BE strategy for the Practise. Leverage digital capabilities to build a lean & effective quality organisation. Facilitate or Lead Governance and provide updates to senior management. Provide thought leadership including industry best practices and primary/secondary research from the practice point of view. Contribute as the single point of contact for any RFQ/RFPs & new business opportunities, for the practise

Reporting to
Assistant General Manager or Deputy General Manager Business Excellence
Responsibilities:
• Play a key leadership role, managing & leading quality assurance for the practise in scope, end to end
• Drive deployment of futuristic solutions to optimise Cost of Quality & minimise risk
• Strong governance on change management to ensure defect free delivery
• Technical Skills (exposure to)
• Overall 10-15 years relevant experience, with Min. 8 to 10 years’ experience with US Healthcare domain preferred; Insurance domain can be considered
• Min.8 years’ experience in leading QA teams
• Six Sigma BB certified; Lean / Design Thinking certified would be an added advantage
• Demonstrated experience of leading projects & delivering benefits
• Experience in deploying digital solutions such as Analytics, Automations - would be an added advantage
• Build & maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders, teams & solution partners
• Information security assurance, customer data privacy & risk management related to the practise
Qualifications:
Senior Manager Business Excellence
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technology, business or hybrid discipline
• US Healthcare / Insurance industry exposure
• High analytical, written and oral communication skill.
• Experience in project Management & reporting (including risks, issues, action items).
• Experience in working with international clients, senior management and staff.
• Strong skills in Minitab,MS Excel, Powerpoint,
• Experience in RPA (particularly Automation Anywhere, UIPath and MS PowerApps) and data extraction tools, will be added advantage
Must Require Skills
Senior Manager Business Excellence
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technology, business or hybrid discipline
• Exposure to (US) Healthcare / Insurance domain
• Proven Quality Assurance Strategy development & deployment experience
• Six Sigma BB/Equivalent certified, with excellent Analytics and Problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated capability to leverage technology in designing solutions
• Excellent Facilitation skill, presentation & communication (both written & verbal)
