Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AGM/Senior Manager - Marketing at QandItoday located in Noida. As an AGM/Senior Manager - Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Q&I amongst the target audience.
· Experienced in creating overall marketing strategies inline to the company’s objective
· Should have good knowledge about both offline and online mediums.
· Should have deep knowledge about analytics and data management
· Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies and media planning to drive brand awareness and visibility
· Should be well versed with digital ecosystem including social, near, video, SEO and so on
· Should have done PR and handled events
· Manage the Public relations of the brand through Press Releases, Authored articles, Stories and other PR related activities
· Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify potential customers.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing efforts
· Should have handled a team of 8-10 marketing professionals to ensure the success of our marketing activities
· Should be a good team player and motivator to get things done from the team timely and effectively
· A good understanding of creative and content to create communication
· Get regular reports created to track data and take data driven decisions
· Should have worked on creating collaterals like brochures, leaflets, posters etc.
· Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth
· Should be able to use social media tools and provide data insights for utilizing and optimizing the campaigns
· Plan the campaigns as per the audience interest and run across various locations
· Should be able to run campaigns across various digital mediums like social and near and derive outcomes from it based in information from Meta, Google Analytics and adwords
· Experienced in using Automation to nurture/engage with the leads captured
· Should have experience in community management and running influencer campaigns to increase reach to desired audience
Qualifications
· Master’s/Bachelor’s degree – Master's would be preferred
· 13+ years of experience
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Creative thinking and problem solving skills
· Should be good with vendor coordination and managing them
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Experience of working in Edtech industry would be an added advantage
