What’s the role?
As an Agri Case Manager, you will support agribusiness customers to resolve their financial needs at every touchpoint, including collections and hardship solutions. Managing a dedicated portfolio, you’ll work closely with customers to identify early hardship triggers and deliver tailored, sustainable outcomes that help bring accounts back on track.
You will be responsible for identifying and managing customer, financial and risk impacts across processes. You’ll ensure compliance with risk, regulatory and legislative obligations, provide weekly updates and monthly reporting on outcomes, and support the leadership team by maintaining momentum, coordinating activities, building capability and advocating for the business
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual who has a passion to deliver superior customer experience—balancing empathy with sound commercial judgement. You will collaborate with internal and external Business Partners, Credit teams and other stakeholders to deliver market‑leading solutions for our agribusiness customers and represent the Group positively in the broader industry
What do I need?
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Agribusiness (e.g. practitioner, Agribusiness Manager or equivalent) and/or managing distressed agribusiness loans
Deep understanding of a specific agribusiness sector (e.g. grain, cotton, beef) and the ability to apply this knowledge across other agribusiness sectors
Experience supporting customers in hardship, with a strong focus on empathy, customer service and sensitivity to agribusiness challenges (including drought, external market impacts and intergenerational ties to land)
Strong written and confident verbal communication skills
Customer-centric and solutions focused mindset
