Job Purpose:
Dishwashers support kitchen tasks, keep back of the house maintained, washing dishes and appliances, small wares cleaned and sanitized, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen areas are clean and prepared for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash dirty utensils, pots, grills, dishes, by hand and/or dishwasher
Proper use detergent/sanitizer
Clear hazards
Clean and detail equipment
Empty/clean garbage cans
Sweep and mop
Sanitize walls
Clean rings with scraper/scrubber
Soak tank
Recycle cardboard
Other assigned duties
Benefits Overview
All employees are offered medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, disability, hospital, and accident insurance. Employees are able to enroll in the company 401k plan after 90 days of employment. Paid sick leave accrues at the rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked with a carryover cap of 72 hours.

Prior dishwashing experience.
Experience in high-volume work environments.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to stand, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Ability to keep up with a high volume of tasks.
Effective communication skills with coworkers.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
