Job Description
Green Letter Technologies is a fast-paced, Intelligence First technology company, driving innovation through tailored software development, cloud solutions, and cutting-edge technology services. Our mission is to empower businesses with transformative tech solutions that streamline processes, enhance performance, and deliver measurable value at breakneck speed. At Green Letter Technologies, we believe in fostering growth, for our clients, our employees, and our communities.
Role Overview
As an AI Agent Developer for Neuron Workflows (https://goneuron.io/), you will be at the forefront of building intelligent, automated agents that solve real-world problems. This role requires a strong understanding of AI models, workflow automation, and prompt engineering, with a passion for creating agents that are intuitive, reliable, and impactful. The ideal candidate moves fast, thinks in systems, and is deeply plugged into the world around them, drawing on real professional and personal networks to identify genuine pain points that great agents can solve. Beyond building for today, you will also help shape the future of the platform by envisioning new integrations and capabilities that don't yet exist, backed by a clear understanding of where the demand lies.
Key Responsibilities
• Agent Development: Design, build, and publish AI agents on the Neuron Workflows Agent Store using the platform's visual workflow builder and available AI capabilities.
• Prompt Engineering: Craft precise, effective prompts that guide AI models to produce accurate and consistent outputs across a variety of use cases.
• Workflow Design: Architect multi-step automated workflows that integrate AI processing with data inputs (PDFs, images, tables) and external services (email, webhooks, APIs).
• High-Velocity Output: Ship agents rapidly and consistently, covering a wide range of use cases to grow the Agent Store ecosystem at pace. Speed without sacrificing quality is the standard.
• Real-World Problem Sourcing: Actively leverage your professional and social networks to uncover genuine, recurring business problems and turn those insights into agents people actually need and use.
• Platform Visioning: Identify gaps in current integrations and platform capabilities, and propose well-reasoned new features or integrations with a clear business case including who needs it, why it matters, and what impact it would have.
• Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test agents for reliability, edge cases, and performance before publishing to the store.
• Documentation: Write clear descriptions, usage guides, and examples for each published agent to ensure discoverability and ease of use.
• Iteration & Improvement: Monitor agent performance and continuously refine based on user feedback and evolving AI capabilities.
What You Bring
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow builders (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar) is preferred but not mandatory. A sharp mind and demonstrable curiosity will go a long way.
• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering best practices, or a proven ability to learn them quickly.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and common data formats (JSON, CSV, PDF).
• The ability to move fast: you're someone who ships, iterates, and ships again rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
• A well-connected professional and social circle that gives you real exposure to how businesses and people operate day-to-day, and the instinct to spot automation opportunities within those interactions.
• A product and business mindset: you can look at a missing integration or capability, articulate the user need behind it, and make a compelling case for why it should be built.
• A portfolio or examples of AI tools, automations, or agents you've built is a strong plus, but not a barrier to entry. An agent already published on Neuron Workflows Agent Store makes it easier to judge your skills
• No-code/low-code experience is welcome; programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript) is a bonus.
What’s in it for You?
• Creative Freedom: Build agents that solve problems you care about and publish them to a growing platform.
• Early Mover Advantage: Be among the first developers shaping the Neuron Workflows Agent Store ecosystem at a foundational stage.
• Career Growth: Deepen your expertise at the intersection of AI, automation, and product development.
• Dynamic Team Environment: Collaborate with innovative minds in a supportive, growth-focused culture.
• Flexibility: Flexible work structure to support work-life balance.
• Recognition & Contribution: Your published agents will be directly visible to users on the platform, with your contributions influencing the product's direction and future capabilities.
• Upskilling Opportunities: Access to learning resources, AI tooling, and mentorship to keep you ahead of the curve.
