Job Summary : As an AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative AI solutions that align with our strategic goals.
You will lead the development of AI-driven architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
Architect AI Solutions : Design and architect end-to-end AI and machine learning systems tailored to business requirements.
Lead Development : Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and developers to lead the implementation of AI solutions.
Integration with Existing Systems : Integrate AI models with the existing enterprise architecture, ensuring data flow, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Technology Roadmap : Develop and maintain an AI strategy and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and industry trends.
Research & Innovation : Stay current on AI trends, technologies, and best practices, driving innovation and continuous improvement in AI solutions.
Data Management : Oversee the design of data pipelines, storage solutions, and data governance frameworks to support AI and machine learning initiatives.
Model Deployment : Define and oversee processes for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models in production environments.
Collaboration : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (IT, product, analytics) to ensure successful AI system deployment and scalability.
Scalability & Performance : Ensure AI models and systems are scalable, high-performing, and optimized for the organization's infrastructure.
Compliance & Ethics : Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, including fairness, accountability, transparency, and privacy compliance (e.
g., GDPR). Mentorship : Provide leadership and mentorship to AI and engineering teams, promoting skill development and technical growth.
Required Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering, with at least 2 years in an architectural role.
• Deep Learning of Machine Learning Frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and AI Techniques (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive modelling)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java or C++
• Strong Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Experience in Big data techniques (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and building data pipelines.
• Expertise in model deployment, monitoring and optimization.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI / CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) in AI / ML projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business solutions.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience working with enterprise-level AI / ML systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps and automated machine learning (AutoML) practices.
• Experience with AI governance and ethical AI standards.
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud architecture.
