• Abstract existing libraries and frameworks within the agentic space effectively.
• Contribute to existing open source agentic frameworks, where possible.
• Manage stakeholders effectively and provide architectural leadership.

Essential Skills
• Advanced Python skills.
• Strong knowledge of 2-3 different agentic frameworks such as crewAI, semantic kernel, autogen, AWS Strands, Google Agent SDK, OpenAI Agent/Swarm SDK.
• Experience with architecture, AI, LONGCHAIN, AWS Strands, and Open AI.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience contributing to open source agentic frameworks is desirable.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and architectural leadership.
