Job Description
Industry & Sector: Generative AI, Creative Technology and Digital Media — building AI-powered visual content, motion graphics and creative assets for product, marketing and immersive experiences. This on-site role (India) sits at the intersection of creative direction, model engineering and production-ready asset delivery for commercial platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
• Design and produce high-quality generative visuals and motion assets using state-of-the-art text-to-image and text-to-video models for product, marketing and experiential channels.
• Author and iterate prompts, negative prompts and multi-stage pipelines to meet creative briefs and production constraints.
• Fine-tune and adapt open-source models (LoRA, DreamBooth workflows) and integrate conditioning techniques (ControlNet, CLIP guidance) to achieve brand-consistent outputs.
• Post-process and polish AI-generated assets using traditional tools (Photoshop, Blender, After Effects) to reach pixel-perfect standards and prepare for cross-channel delivery.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers and content teams to define asset specs, optimize inference costs and embed generative workflows into production pipelines.
• Maintain ethical guidelines, model safety checks and metadata/asset versioning to ensure IP compliance and reproducible creative outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
• Proven portfolio of generative AI artwork or production-ready creative assets demonstrating control over style, composition and iteration.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and multi-step generative workflows for image and motion outputs.
• Practical experience with core generative models/ecosystem: Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Midjourney or equivalent APIs.
• Familiarity with model tooling and ML stacks: PyTorch and Hugging Face (inference and model management).
• Proficiency with creative tooling for post-processing: Adobe Photoshop and Blender (or equivalent 3D toolset).
• Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate across design, engineering and product teams to deliver production schedules.
Preferred
• Experience fine-tuning and adapting models using LoRA, DreamBooth or similar approaches.
• Familiarity with ControlNet, depth/pose conditioning and video-generation pipelines.
• Exposure to deployment and optimization: model quantization, ONNX export, or lightweight inference orchestration.
