About the Role

We’re hiring someone to own AI and automation across Tutero. This is a role for someone who can design and deliver systems that scale — blending engineering know-how with an operational mindset. You’ll work across teams to build reliable automations, integrate AI into our workflows, and help us expand curriculum coverage into new markets.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and maintain AI-driven systems to support tutoring, schools, and curriculum.

• Build automations that reduce manual work and unlock efficiency across teams.

• Generate, refine, and scale curriculum resources using AI.

• Partner with engineers to ensure systems are robust, reliable, and secure.

• Drive adoption of new tools and ensure smooth rollout across the company.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical depth with coding, APIs, and automation platforms.

• Experience designing systems that can handle scale.

• Ability to translate operational pain points into technical solutions.
