Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic AI Counsellor to guide aspiring learners on their journey into the world of Artificial Intelligence. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand the value of AI education and making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
· Counsel prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video calls about our AI programs.
· Understand learners’ goals, backgrounds, and suggest the most suitable AI courses.
· Explain course structure, benefits, career outcomes, pricing, and EMI options.
· Follow up with leads and maintain records using CRM tools.
· Coordinate with the training and support teams for smooth onboarding.
· Conduct or assist in webinars, info sessions, and promotional events.
· Maintain strong relationships with students for referrals and feedback.
Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, EdTech sales, or a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
· Passionate about education and emerging technologies like AI/ML.
· Ability to understand and explain technical courses in a simplified way.
· Basic understanding of AI/Data Science/EdTech industry is a plus.
· Proficient in using CRM, Google Sheets, Zoom, and WhatsApp Business.
