Education Content Specialist

Make a Lasting Impact on AI Education

We're seeking an accomplished education content specialist to join our team. As a key member of our AI education program, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining comprehensive AI education materials.

• Design and deliver engaging online courses, hands-on workshops, and best practice technical guides that meet the needs of diverse audiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on AI advancements and best practices.

• Conduct live and virtual training sessions to empower customers and employees to successfully implement and utilize AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive AI education materials, including documentation, online courses, hands-on workshops, and best practice technical guides.

• Conduct live and virtual training sessions to enable customers and employees to successfully implement and utilize AI solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product developers, engineers, and customer success teams to stay updated on AI advancements and best practices.

• Stay informed on AI education methodologies and the latest technologies to ensure industry-leading training content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, AI, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

• 5-7 years of experience in education, technical training, or instructional design, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI concepts preferred.

• Excellent technical English writing and editing skills.

• Strong client orientation, with an understanding of client needs and concerns.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading live training sessions.

• Diligent attention to detail.

• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (ServiceNow, SharePoint), digital learning tools, and documentation software.

• Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a global, collaborative team environment.
