About Swarna Bharat TV:
Swarna Bharat TV is a mission-led creative platform telling precise, high-quality stories on Bharat’s history, culture, spirituality, and knowledge systems. Our YouTube channel is live with RashtraGaatha, and we’re rolling out multiple original shows across formats. We combine research-first writing with cinematic execution and are preparing our originals for wider distribution, including OTT.
The Role (hands-on):
Build AI-driven video shots and enhancements for our episodes—historical moments, inserts, transitions. Break a creative brief into beats, choose the right tools (Midjourney/Kling/Runway/Pika), and deliver edit-ready assets that match our shows’ visual language. Work closely with the Senior Editor, DoP, and Motion Graphics.
Important Not a Basic Editing Role:
This role is NOT for editors who only do cuts/transitions or reel-style edits.
We are specifically looking for people who can:
• Create AI-driven visuals and shots (not just stills)
• Execute 3D camera movement / parallax / depth-based motion
• Composite and integrate AI visuals into edit-ready sequences
What you’ll do -
1) Shot Planning & Breakdown
• Turn scripts/briefs into shot plans (beats, references, style).
• Identify where AI shots add value in storytelling.
2) AI Shot Creation
• Generate visuals using Midjourney (or similar tools).
• Use Runway/Pika/Kling for motion and video outputs.
3) Compositing & Motion
• Create 3D camera movement (push-ins, parallax, scene depth).
• Composite shots using After Effects / Resolve (masking, tracking, light match).
4) Delivery & Handoff
• Deliver edit-ready assets (ProRes/PNG sequence if needed).
• Maintain clean folder structure and prompt documentation.
Must-haves
• 2–4 years in editing/VFX/AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong understanding of camera movement, depth, and composition.
Experience with Midjourney + at least one of Runway / Pika / Kling.
• After Effects skills (masking, roto, tracking, compositing).
• Ability to match AI visuals with real footage.
• Organised, fast, and detail-oriented.
Nice-to-haves
• SDXL / ComfyUI (for control and consistency).
• Experience with historical/cultural visual styles.
• Basic color matching and finishing sense.
