Furniture Bank supports families transitioning out of crisis by providing essential home furnishings. We manage 67,000+ records across Salesforce, Typeform, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics — tracking customers, donors, and jobs in support of families in crisis. This data drives everything from daily operations to funder reporting and community impact measurement.
We're hiring an AI Forward Analytics & Data Associate to help us make better use of what we already have. You'll work with AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini) alongside core data skills to clean, connect, and visualize our data — and build dashboards the whole team can actually use.
This is a six-month term at $25–30/hr with a clear pathway to a permanent role. Toronto, hybrid.
What You'll Do
Audit and clean data across Salesforce, Typeform, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics
Build dashboards and reports that connect program delivery to measurable outcomes
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, flag patterns, and generate insight summaries
Support funder reporting with accurate, timely, and well-organized data
Help the team shift from reactive spreadsheet use to proactive, data-informed decisions
What We're Looking For
Comfort with spreadsheets, basic data analysis, and learning new platforms
Genuine interest in AI tools and how they can support nonprofit work
Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical teammates
Attention to detail and respect for client, customer and donor data privacy
A collaborative mindset — this role works across every department
