Job Title: AI Full Stack Developer – UI/UX & Cloud Deployment

We're looking for a high-agency Full Stack Developer who not only excels at building functional, user-centric web applications but also understands deployment, hosting, and cloud setup - helping us deliver production-grade products end-to-end. You should be someone who takes ownership, drives initiatives independently, and leverages modern AI development tools to build faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications.
Work across the entire stack — frontend, backend, database, and API integration.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UI/UX into clean, functional code.
Write maintainable, modular, and scalable code following best practices.
Integrate third-party APIs, analytics, and AI features where required.
Take end-to-end ownership of features from ideation to deployment.
UI/UX Implementation
Ensure pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive UI implementation.
Collaborate closely with designers to bring visual concepts and interactions to life.
Optimize UX workflows, improve usability, and contribute design feedback.
Maintain a consistent design system and front-end component library.
Leverage AI tools (V0.dev, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code) for rapid UI prototyping and component generation.
Hosting & Cloud Setup
Set up and manage product hosting environments (AWS / GCP / Azure / Vercel / Netlify).
Configure CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
Manage domain, SSL, CDN, DNS, and version control integrations.
Optimize cloud usage for scalability and cost efficiency.
Work with DevOps or manage small-scale infra independently for MVP/product releases.
Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks without waiting for direction.
AI-Powered Development Workflow
Actively use AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development cycles.
Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate boilerplate code, tests, and documentation efficiently.
Use AI tools for code reviews, refactoring, debugging, and optimization.
Stay current with emerging AI development tools and integrate them into workflows.
Drive adoption of AI tools across the engineering team to improve productivity.
AI/ML Integration (Optional but Preferred)
Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate ML or LLM-based APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Hugging Face, LangChain).
Develop intelligent UI components such as chatbots, recommenders, or auto-fill systems.
Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) when needed.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in full stack or product development roles.
Proven experience with React.js or Next.js, and backend development in Node.js or Python.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and frontend performance optimization.
Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Vercel / Netlify).
Familiarity with domain setup, CI/CD, and production-grade security configurations.
High-agency mindset: Self-starter who takes ownership, identifies problems proactively, and drives solutions independently.
Proficient with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and applies them daily to accelerate development.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and ability to articulate technical decisions clearly.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience with Supabase or Firebase for rapid MVP development.
Exposure to AI/ML-based products or integrations.
Experience building with AI-first development workflows and prompt engineering for technical tasks.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
Experience working in a startup or product-based company where you wore multiple hats.
Contributions to open-source projects or personal product portfolio.
Track record of shipping products independently or with small teams.
Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical initiatives.
