What You Will Do
• Lead the implementation of new AI tools and technologies throughout our processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Research and Engineering to conceptualize and develop useful tools.
• Immerse yourself in our core business functions—including customer service, accounting, design, and production—to identify and implement solutions.
• Develop tools and solutions that increase efficiency, enhance quality, and cement our competitive edge in the market.

Skills
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of big data technologies.
• Proficiency across multiple programming languages and data processing tools essential for workflow automation and data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of database design principles and linked data architectures.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques for language understanding applications.
• Familiarity with model training workflows, deployment strategies, and model monitoring practices.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such for visualization and reporting purposes.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
