About the Role Techkshetra Info Solutions Pvt Ltd is the company behind Attendify.ai, an AI-powered attendance and access management platform built on face recognition, edge computing, and IoT devices. We are hiring an AI Product Deployment Engineer to take ownership of real-world deployments—installing, configuring, and ensuring seamless performance of devices, cameras, networking, and cloud-connected systems at client locations. This role suits candidates who prefer hands-on technical work, field exposure, and working with real AI systems, with strong career growth into solutions engineering and pre-sales roles.
Duties & Responsibilities
What You Will Do • Conduct site surveys and plan deployment architecture • Install and configure Edge AI IoT devices and CCTV/IP/ AI Cameras (mounting, setup, connectivity) • Set up wired & WiFi networks (LAN, routers, IP configuration) • Ensure smooth integration between devices, cameras, and cloud platform • Handle edge device installation and system synchronization • Configure and support HRMS / dashboard applications • Deliver product demos, onboarding, and client training • Diagnose and resolve issues related to networking, device sync, and system performance • Provide post-installation support (remote & on-site) • Maintain deployment documentation and reports
Job Requirements
