Job Description
You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, data science—to embed AI capabilities in ways that feel intuitive, ethical, and valuable for the immediate team and cross team within the group. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, helping our customers save money through smart, empowering design.
Key Responsibilities
Human-AI Experience Design
Champion the design of AI-enhanced features, including predictive UIs, generative workflows, and conversational interfaces.
Translate complex machine learning concepts into simple, useful, and inclusive user experiences.
Define and uphold ethical AI interaction patterns, working closely with our design standards and governance model.
Prototype, test, and validate human-AI interactions using appropriate fidelity for stage and audience.
Collaborate with data scientists to understand model boundaries, explainability, and failure states.
Strategic & Holistic Design
Contribute to product strategy by identifying where AI can deliver transformative value.
Work across end-to-end journeys, ensuring AI solutions support the broader experience, not just isolated features.
Drive maturity of our internal design system, including AI-related patterns and interactions.
Participate in evolving governance processes for design standards—particularly around source files, working practices, and accessibility.
Mentorship & Influence
Act as a design advocate in your space, mentoring peers and supporting others to adopt AI-related workflows.
Facilitate workshops and experimental review sessions that spark curiosity and cross-pollination of ideas.
Champion inclusive practices in both design output and team culture.
