Join our dynamic team as an AI Scrum Master and lead the charge in revolutionizing the investment fund data and technology landscape! This role is a 3 month contract with potential for extension.

Your key responsibilities as an AI Scrum Master will include:
• Strongly serving and supporting the organization, product owner, and scrum teams to delight customers with agility in mind.
• Owning key performance indicators and measurement protocols, initiating corrective measures when necessary.
• Establishing and driving interactions across all boundaries to achieve organizational, product, and team goals.
• Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution, improving transparency and radiating information to project members and stakeholders.
• Guiding the team towards improving their work methods, encouraging self-organization and innovation.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring cross-team coordination, removing impediments when necessary.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an AI Scrum Master:
• You are a certified SCRUM master with prior experience in an Agile, technical environment.
• You are communicative, facilitative, assertive, and capable of bringing transparency to team development.
• You have excellent verbal and written English proficiency (B2 and above).
• You have experience with the DevOps methodology.
• You possess applicable knowledge within most of the technologies used by the team, including DevOps, Azure/AWS, C#/JS/HTML/CSS/SQL/TypeScript, .NET/Node/Angular/React, Git, REST, and Networking.
