About the Role
We're hiring an AI Engineer to join our Boston-based team, providing an opportunity to have a significant impact on the product. As an AI Engineer, you will work within one of our Agile pods, reporting to the VP of Engineering.
You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on a small yet growing team and culture. In this role, you will:
Enhance AI Agent and Chat Capabilities - Develop AI-powered assistants that help our customers run their small businesses
Deploy & Scale AI Features - Build infrastructure and pipelines to support real-time AI interactions in a production environment
Experiment & Iterate - Prototype new AI applications, evaluate their performance, and continuously refine them based on user feedback
Work closely with our engineering leaders, contributing strateg
