Role Overview
We are looking for an innovative and hands-on AI Solutions Engineer who is passionate about leveraging modern AI tools and rapid development approaches such as AI-assisted coding to build scalable and intelligent applications.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the stack, including AI integrations, backend services, data handling, dashboards, and user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
• Build AI-powered applications using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Emergent AI and other LLM platforms
• Use AI-assisted development techniques to rapidly prototype and deliver production-ready solutions
• Develop backend services using Python and SQL databases
• Design and build scalable full stack web or mobile applications
• Create business dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI
• Integrate APIs, automation workflows, and third-party AI services
• Optimize data pipelines, database queries, and system performance
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and engineering best practices
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI coding agents, or automation platforms
• Good understanding of prompt engineering and AI development workflows
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design
• Experience in full stack development fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• Experience with API integrations
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset
Good to Have
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, or automation bots
• Knowledge of React, Flutter, Node.js, FastAPI, or Django
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience working in AI-first product environments
