AI Systems Architect

• Has Capacity: Possesses high-level full-stack coding skills (TypeScript/Python) alongside a deep knowledge of RAG architecture and LLM deployment.

FOCUS AREAS
• Platform Ownership: Take charge of building the architecture, codebase, and security protocols owned by Loudr Agency.
• RAG Architecture & Data Integrity: Design and maintain the system of truth, architecting pipelines that ingest data into a vector database, ensuring accurate answers grounded in real business data.
• Product Development (The Tools): Actively build and refine AI-powered features.
• Internal Discovery & Consulting: 1. Develop user interfaces to ensure consistent usability. 2. Regularly collaborate with Creative, Media, and Ops leads to identify and address manual bottlenecks, translating those needs into technical specs for new AI tools. 3. Continuously refine LLM outputs to ensure the platform provides accurate, professional, and Loudr-standard responses.
• Documentation & Scaling: Systemize the platform so that knowledge is embedded in the code and documentation, not just retained by individual team members. Ensure system scalability as the agency expands.
MEASUREABLES
• Platform Reliability: Achieve 99.9% uptime for the Loudr Brain and integrated bots.
• Data Freshness: Maintain minimal latency in data ingestion (e.g., updates in Slack/Docs should reflect in the Brain promptly).
• Deployment Velocity: Consistently release feature updates and refine existing tools, along with discovering and implementing new automations.
• User Adoption: Increase the percentage of staff utilizing AI tools for their daily tasks.
