The role:

This newly created role will establish and lead ClickView’s AI experimentation and transformation capability.

Through structured experimentation, you will identify high-impact use cases, test them in live environments, and build clear evidence of value. As AI is reshaping how content is created, scaled and distributed, your focus will be to help shape what AI-enabled video production could look like for ClickView - balancing ambition with practical execution.

Sitting at the intersection of innovation, operations and technology, this role requires someone energised by innovation and grounded in delivery. This is a highly cross-functional role partnering closely with Productions, Product, Engineering and leadership to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds - production, AI, digital transformation, operations or technology - who bring curiosity, commercial thinking and the confidence to lead multidisciplinary change in an evolving space.

Your responsibilities include:

Lead the AI R&D capability, setting priorities, coordinating developers and subject matter experts, and ensuring exploration is focused on real operational value.
Map and analyse end-to-end processes, identifying bottlenecks, repetitive tasks and key-person dependencies.
Redesign and optimise workflows, embedding AI where it can automate or augment work while maintaining clear human accountability for quality and editorial standards.
Run structured pilots and experiments, testing tools and approaches in live production environments and measuring impact on cost, speed and output.
Translate successful R&D into scalable operational practice, moving from experimentation to embedded process change.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure implementation is commercially viable, technically sound and supported by the right capability uplift.
Lead the responsible and ethical use of AI across workflows, ensuring solutions are transparent, compliant, and aligned with quality standards and organisational values.
Requirements:

Essential:

Demonstrated experience leading technology-driven transformation or innovation initiatives
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to move from experimentation to operational implementation
Comfortable working in emerging and ambiguous problem spaces
Strong stakeholder leadership across technical and non-technical teams
Commercial and data-driven decision making
Desirable:

Experience working with AI tooling
Experience using AI in video is highly regarded
Exposure to video production, media, creative or content workflows
Experience introducing automation or AI into operational environments
Experience in SaaS, media, EdTech or digital platforms
Experience leading cross-functional innovation and transformation initiatives
