AIA Vitality is a personalised, science-backed health and wellbeing program that supports you every day to make healthier lifestyle choices. The program incentivises you to move more, eat well and complete regular health checks.

We now have an exciting opportunity to join our AIA Vitality team as an AIA Vitality & Wellbeing Administrator based in Melbourne.

As the AIA Vitality & Wellbeing Administrator, you will deliver high-quality service and administrative support across AIA’s Vitality and Wellbeing programs in Australia.

This pivotal role combines service excellence, data-driven insights, and shared value delivery to support Embrace partners, members, and broader business. Through the delivery of quality and timely administration assistance, data and service, ultimately assisting the business to Make a Difference in the lives of our customers.

To do this successfully you will:

Manage the inboxes for Vitality corporates, Wellbeing and Rehab programs.

Manage any payments/receivables invoicing for Vitality corporates, Wellbeing and Rehab programs.

Support Provider Services Management including the onboarding and maintenance of TPM requirements in collaboration with Vitality and Wellbeing Partnership Managers

Support Partnership Managers conduct Risk in Change assessment for all new service providers or partners.

Collating and distributing Vitality distribution partner and Wellbeing reports to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Support the collation and analysis of data to provide valuable insights to Vitality, Wellbeing, Marketing and Insurance lines of business

Create and update SOP and training documentation in line with governance standards.

Identify service improvement opportunities and actionable solutions.

Successful applications will demonstrate:

Administration experience ideally within Insurance and/or a discipline such as Health, Science, or Corporate Wellness

Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong data analysis skills

Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, manage multiple requests with attention to detail and data integrity

Clinical acumen, an understanding of basic health biometrics

Understanding of injury, illness, medical terminology, insurance and rehabilitation providers
