Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take accurate messages
Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word).
Maintain organized filing system.
Creating Purchase Orders & Processing Order
Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and e-mailing
Support office team with various clerical duties to ensure efficient
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel),
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Attention to detail for data entry, proofreading
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
