Job Position :AI/ML Architect
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect with 8 to 10 years of industry experience to join our team. As an AI/ML Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and robust AI/ML architectures and algorithms. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving innovation and shaping the future of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities that can be addressed using AI/ML techniques.
Architect end-to-end AI/ML systems, including data acquisition, preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and deployment.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and algorithms.
Evaluate and select appropriate tools, platforms, and frameworks to build scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions.
Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards throughout the AI/ML development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance and mentorship on AI/ML best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality and efficiency of AI/ML implementations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI/ML models and make recommendations for improvements.
Document technical specifications, system architecture, and implementation details for AI/ML projects.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AI/ML by attending conferences, workshops, and relevant training.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8 to 10 years of industry experience working with AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for developing AI/ML applications.
Solid experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable AI/ML architectures.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, for deploying AI/ML solutions.
Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive, for handling large-scale datasets.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in leading and mentoring junior AI/ML engineers is a plus.
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and agile development methodologies.
