Position Overview:
We are seeking an AI/ML Architect with 10+ years of software development experience specialising in Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen AI). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in designing and implementing advanced AI/ML solutions, with a particular emphasis on LLMs and agentic workflows. This role demands a hands-on professional capable of translating complex business requirements into actionable technical architectures.
Required Skills:
Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Excellent understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing agentic workflows and modular AI solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, Crew.ai, or Microsoft Autogen.
• Solid experience with at least one hyperscaler (preferably GCP or Azure) and familiarity with cloud-based ML APIs.
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Snowflake, Hadoop).
Architecture & Design:
• Proven capability in creating detailed AI/ML solution blueprints and technical architecture diagrams.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, microservices architecture, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience in technical pre-sales activities, proposal development, and client engagements.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to business leaders.

Role Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and design AI/ML solutions.
• Develop comprehensive architecture diagrams and specify optimal technology stacks tailored to business objectives.
• Integrate advanced LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) into solution designs for enhanced language-driven functionalities.
Technical Implementation & Agentic Workflows:
• Design and deploy agentic workflows leveraging LLMs to automate complex decision-making processes.
• Develop modular, scalable AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing enterprise systems.
• Ensure robust deployment and monitoring practices aligned with MLOps best practices.
Prototyping & Proof-of-Concept (POC) Development:
• Rapidly build and iterate prototypes and POC models to demonstrate the viability and business value of proposed AI/ML solutions.
• Evaluate, test, and refine LLM-driven workflows and agent-based solutions to align with business goals.
Pre-sales Engagement:
• Lead technical AI discussions with prospects, showcasing Calsoft’s capabilities and relevant industry experience.
• Understand client requirements deeply to craft tailored technical solutions, high-level implementation plans, and accurate estimates supporting sales proposals.
