Job Description
iVoyant Systems Private Limited is a Bengaluru based wholly owned subsidiary of USA headquartered Services and Consulting IT company iVoyant LLC. At iVoyant, We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer specializing in Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and deploying advanced AI models, with a strong focus on the latest techniques in prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year specifically in LLM development, fine-tuning, and deployment, as well as over 2 years of experience in NLP projects and MLOps with Azure.
Location: iVoyant Systems Private Limited, J P Nagar 2nd Phase Bangalore, KA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize system prompts for large language models to achieve desired outputs.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune responses and maximize model performance.
• Develop and integrate RAG solutions using vector databases to enhance information retrieval capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for various applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with vector databases for retrieval-based applications.
• Minimum 2 years knowledge of fine-tuning methodologies including LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT.
• Minimum 2 years in strong understanding of generative AI frameworks and deployment best practices.
• Minimum 2 years in experience in end-to-end development, from data preprocessing to model deployment.
Candidates with experience in fine-tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT) are highly preferred. However, expertise in system prompts, prompt engineering, and RAG is the minimum requirement.
