Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Air Conditioner Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial air conditioning systems. No prior experience is required. Full training will be provided for the right person.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize split system and ducted air conditioners
Disassemble and reassemble air conditioning units safely
Perform basic inspections and report issues to management
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at job sites
Communicate clearly with customers on-site
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
Valid Australian driver’s licence
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full working rights in Australia
Preferred (Not Essential)
Previous experience in air conditioning, HVAC, or cleaning services
