PROFILE - AIR EXPORT PRICING MANAGER
LOCATION – NEW DELHI ( HEAD OFFICE)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Ø Analyzing air export pricing requests, determining rates, and preparing quotations.
Ø The Air Export Pricing Specialist will be responsible for tracking quote results, responding to quote and rate inquiries and managing difficult internal and external customer inquiries.
Ø They will keep up with regulatory compliance and make decisions surrounding pricing and rate structures.
Ø Delivering a comprehensive service to customers enquires.
Ø Procuring airfreight rates directly from airlines & quoting to Sub Agents, Shippers, Overseas agents.
Ø Analyzing customer targets and negotiating final pricing with carriers to gain/win business on board
Ø Provide the support to prepare the competitive rates accordingly the company pricing policies and standard.
Ø Analyse the shipper requirement and based on that submit the quotation on timely manner with all possible options.
Ø Prepare the quotation after checking the rates with Airline. Advise customer or sales team in case of any challenges faced to advise the rates on timely manner.
Ø Maintain the records of all the quotes submitted along with customer reply
Ø Continuous taking with customer and whenever required advise market condition & rates structures with them to gain the confidence to get more & more business.
