The target salary range for this position is between $21.63 and $$28.85

Responsibilities
The Air Export Gateway Agent is responsible for the timely and cost-effective movement of air import freight managed by the Air Import Gateway department as directed by the Manager
The position is responsible for processing Master Air Waybill consolidations and setting trade lanes encompassing all aspects of the Air Transport Association process
Provide excellent customer service and on-going commitment to quality and data integrity
Prepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export consolidations
Interact and collaborate closely with the air export departments in the region
Coordinate bookings with carriers, enhance cargo consolidations, and provide quotations
Ensure prompt processing and delivery to the airport, maintaining continuous communication with the warehouse team and truck dispatch throughout the consolidation process
Monitor and track shipments, evaluate vendor performance, and address and resolve any service irregularities
Report to the Area Air Logistics Operations Manager
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
