Job Title: Air Conditioning Mechanic

Scope of Work
Reviewing and analyzing blueprints: Determine system requirements and installation layouts from technical diagrams and job specifications.
Laying out installation reference points: Drill holes, fit mounting brackets, and prepare sites for air conditioning system components.
Cutting, bending, flaring, and brazing copper refrigerant lines: Install drainage systems and condensate pipes to support efficient refrigerant flow and cooling performance.
Installing key air conditioning components: Compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, thermostats, and control units, ensuring correct alignment and secure connections.
Wiring electrical components: Motors, relays, capacitors, circuit boards, and control panels, following safety protocols and schematics.
Adjusting system controls: Calibrate settings, fine-tune mechanisms to optimize cooling efficiency, airflow distribution, and energy consumption.
Detecting and repairing system leaks: Brazing, replacing faulty seals, gaskets, or valves, and performing retests to confirm system integrity and performance.
Scheduled maintenance tasks: Cleaning condenser and evaporator coils, lubricating moving parts, and checking air filters for optimal performance.
Requirements
