Job Description
Reporting to the Service/Project Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of commercial HVAC equipment across commercial, industrial and construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems
Diagnose faults and perform repairs on HVAC equipment, including chillers, CRAC units and associated systems
Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure reliable system operation
Test refrigeration systems and repair or replace defective components
Charge refrigeration systems and ensure compliance with industry and environmental regulations
Read and interpret technical drawings, service manuals and specifications
Complete service reports and maintenance documentation
Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service
Requirements
Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Refrigerant Handling Licence
Current Manual Driver’s Licence
National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive work ethic
Good communication and customer service skills
