Aircraft A&P Mechanic Requirements And Responsibilities
• Must hold a current certification under 14 CFR Part 65
• Must understand 14 CFR Part 145 regulations and maintain an organized and safe working environment
• Must speak, read and write English fluently
• Ensure proper handling and preservation of aircraft parts during repairs and installations
• Perform maintenance using proper technical manuals, Calibrated test equipment, proper tools and accurately
document all work
• Sign off on completed work
• Expeditiously report any discrepancies which affect aircraft safety
