Job Description
The Aircraft Mechanic II - APG will primarily perform all scheduled and unscheduled aircraft and equipment maintenance, both on and off equipment, on assigned aircraft and equipment in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), M1 policy, DAFI 21-101(and supplements), as well as industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Maintains repairs/modifies aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty.
Maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of five years' experience performing APG aircraft maintenance functions in a military environment and attainment of an Air Force 5 level (or equivalent) is required. Experience on F-117A preferred.
